Inicialmente, como muitos de vocês já ouviram falar em manchetes sobre essa inovação da tecnologia blockchain, os tokens não fungíveis ou simplesmente NFTs, que proporciona o seu detentor o valor da propriedade única, tem dando muito o que falar. Embora seu projeto inicial era voltado para obras de arte digitais, temos visto que o potencial de sua aplicação vai, além disso, abrindo possibilidade de inovação para diversos setores.

Novamente aqui entra a questão do valor gerado pelo produto ou serviço. Por exemplo: No mercado da música, os Artistas poderiam transformar suas músicas em tokens, permitindo dessa forma o valor exclusivo por aquela obra, além de proporcionar conteúdos exclusivos como: remixes e versões especiais. Então é algo que gera um valor por trás da compra de NFt e claro além de aprimorar a experiência de interação entre o artista e o público através da paixão pela música.

Outro bom caso de uso seria na área da educação, garantindo a autenticidade e a verificabilidade das conquistas acadêmicas, dessa forma transformados em NFTs, certificados e diplomas. Resolvendo muito problemas relacionados a falsificação de certificados e facilitar a transferência de créditos entre instituições de ensino, criando um sistema mais transparente e eficiente.

No meu ponto de vista, aqui tem dois conceitos que tem que caminhar junto quando se falar em NFT. Propriedade única e utilidade. Não adianta gera sentimento de exclusividade se o produto não me serve para nada, talvez essa seja uma visão mercadológica. Até mesmo se questionar para que uma pessoa comprará meu NFT?

Falando um pouco aqui da nossa realidade, um bom exemplo em se tratando de games é o splinterlands. Tem muitas possibilidades de uso para seus NFTs, além de apenas comprar e vender. Dessa forma, tem um valor gerado muito grande, pois os jogadores que tem interrese em jogar o game, vão estar sempre aprimorando suas cartas. E se você possui boas cartas "NFTs”, pode ganhar passivamente alugando e ganhado rendimento pelas imagens de cartas.

No setor imobiliário, os NFTs poderiam ser usados para tokenizar propriedades, permitindo uma forma mais acessível e líquida de investir em imóveis. Acho que ficaria algo parecido “Upland”, dessa forma proporcionando a divisão de propriedades em frações, representadas por NFTs, abriria a possibilidade de investimentos menores e mais diversificados, democratizando o acesso ao mercado imobiliário. Outro exemplo bem abrangente é a sua utilização na cadeia de suprimentos, dessa forma verificando a autenticidade e a procedência de produtos isso seria muito importante, principalmente para alimentos e produtos de luxo. O que quero dizer com todos esses exemplos, que aquecerá mesmo esse mercado é a utilidade que o NFT pode proporcionar ao seu detentor. Pensar em NFT no sentido de obra de arte, por si só, com certeza deixara muito estagnado, além de apenas possui um lindo desenho em mãos.

No geral, os NFTs têm o potencial muito grande de ir além de suas origens e se tornarem uma ferramenta versátil em diversas áreas. Sua capacidade de fornecer propriedade digital exclusiva e rastreável oferece oportunidades inovadoras para transformar de negócios.
